By car:

Smilessence is located off the A308. Signs to Hampton court Palace will lead you within 1 minute of the practice. Signs for Hampton court palace are well signposted from all the major local roads; drivers should follow the brown tourist attraction road signs. From the M25 take either exit 10 on to the A307 or exit 12 on to the A308. Opposite Hampton Court station is a road called Creek Road which then leads on to Bridge road.
Smilessence is also accessible via the A3 and then the A309. For a map to help you plan your journey, visit Multimap. Private Smilessence parking is available at the rear of the building. There is also ample side street parking.
Smilessence is a 6 minute walk from Hampton Court Station.

By Rail:

South West Trains run to Hampton court from London waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Earlesfields, Wimbledon, Rayners Park, New Malden, Berrylands, Surbiton and Thames Ditton

By Bus: R68, 681, 661, 411

111 - From Heathrow Airport Central, Cranford, Hounslow, Hampton and Kingston
216 - From Staines, Ashford, Sunbury, Hampton and Kingston
267 - From Hammersmith, Turnham Green, Bretford, Twickenham, Fulwell, Hampton Hill
411 - From West Molesey and Kingston

R68 - From Kew, Richmond, Twickenham
Routes 416 and 513 have a very limited service. The 416 operates twice a day Mondays to Fridays only and the 513 about three times a day on Mondays to Saturdays.
718 - From central London including the London Eye, Victoria Station, Hyde Park Corner and Royal Albert Hall.
s Underground, District line to Richmond on Thames (Zone 4), then a bus or hire a boat to Hampton Court. Smilessence is within 100 yards.
