Like most people I did not like going to the dentist.
A little over 3 years ago I saw Dr Karen Gangotra for the first time. My first visit – I was waiting with worry in the waiting area. I was still miles away and then a voice said, Hello David, I am Karen; I understand that you have some dental problems. When I looked up, I saw a young lady emitting such a radiant smile, all my troubles seemed to disappear. After about 15 minutes Karen’s patient care and professionalism shone through. Many treatments later, came the news that I had feared. It was stated that \Karen was leaving the practice and I would be seeing another dentist. Through enquiries I found out about Karen’s new practice which is situated in East Moseley. Since opening – over 1 year ago, I have made several visits there. It has amazing surrounding and such efficiency. I shall be staying a patient at Smilessence and will recommend everyone else who needs a caring and excellent dentist...
